Rev.Up is the first ‘formal’ volume of the ¡ôwhatarevolution! suite–but ultimately just one among many pieces.

The piece formally, performatively, and stylistically investigates and puts on display the im/possibilities of writing the revolution. Writing the myriad nuances and stories and reasons behind the hesitancy to write. Writing the absence of writing, the interruptions, the doubts, the refusal to write. Writing writing (and not-writing) itself.

¡ôwhatarevolution! is a projected eleven-piece suite of works exploring, interrogating and analyzing political ‘revolution’ through various mediums, languages, strategies and discourses. An unfolding theory and a perpetually transforming creative/critical practice, the suite also engages with various approaches to dissemination, collaboration, interaction and participation. It will end (probably) in 2029.
